Due to the nature of fashion jewellery and accessories, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

An unboxing video is mandatory (continuous video without cuts from opening the package)

The product must be unused and in original packaging
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or replacement request.

Replacements will be shipped after verification within 2–3 working days
